This is the only liquid lipstick I own from Gerard Cosmetics, but I really like the formula: it’s super matte with minimal transfer, and without being overdrying on the lips. It is a dark, cool toned burgundy red with fuchsia undertones. Sin is described as a “deep dark blue red” with a matte finish. It is the vampy lipstick in every fall-inspired Instagram and Pinterest posts. I could not do this list without mentioning this holy grail fall colour. I like to pair it with “Plum” Lip Liner from NYX. It’s a great cool berry colour that looks great on all skin tones. Aside from the difference in finish (Sugar Plum Fairy has a matte finish, while Rebel is a satin), Sugar Plum Fairy has more of a pinky undertone, while Rebel has a purple undertone. For years people have sworn that this is a dupe for MAC Rebel, but I actually prefer this to Rebel.
